Food Safety & Sanitation
Handling practices, sanitation systems, usable procedures and quality-assurance reviews that support consistent daily execution.
MANAGEMENT ADVISORYNourishEDGE Solutions is a partner-led consulting team providing Foodservice Management Advisory & Project Support. We connect business decisions, specialist expertise and the practical work of a foodservice operation.
Who are we serving? What needs to work better? What can this program make possible?
We work with organizations to turn those questions into an operating model, a defined project scope and a practical plan. We bring the same operating perspective to equipment choices, facility planning, vendor proposals and community partnerships.
Based in Avon, Indiana, NourishEDGE Solutions is built around purposeful work and clear relationships. We help clients understand their options, ask better questions and keep the people involved working toward the same goal.
Our team includes consultants focused on the disciplines below. Seth and Barb provide partner leadership, bringing specialists into a defined scope so that advice, deliverables and follow-through work together.
Handling practices, sanitation systems, usable procedures and quality-assurance reviews that support consistent daily execution.
Supervisor development, role clarity, accountability and change-management support that help teams put a new plan into practice.
Funding research, proposal narratives, budgets, application coordination and grant-administration support aligned with program requirements.
Role-based learning, training materials, practical instruction and workforce pathways built around the people doing the work.
Review of business terms, scope, exclusions, pricing, service commitments and renewal obligations, with legal questions referred to counsel.
Sourcing, receiving, storage, delivery and vendor coordination that connect purchasing decisions to reliable service.
We identify the expertise, project lead, responsibilities and deliverables needed for your engagement. The proposal establishes who is involved, what each workstream covers and how the team will coordinate with your staff and other advisors.

Co-Founder & Food Strategy Principal
Seth helps owners and organizations connect their foodservice goals to a practical operating plan. He brings an operator’s perspective to business models, staffing, menus, equipment, procurement and facility planning, with attention to what the team will need when the planning becomes daily work.
Raised in a family of restaurateurs, Seth brings 25 years of foodservice experience. He serves as Director of Food and Nutrition at Damar Services and previously spent over a decade at Eskenazi Health, working across retail foodservice, patient nutrition and local procurement.
His experience includes Farm to School initiatives, medically tailored meals and culinary workforce development. Through NourishEDGE, he connects that food-and-health foundation with the purchasing, project and operating decisions facing restaurants, institutions and community organizations.
